Nel cuore di una zona vocata alla produzione dei più rinomati e conosciuti vini della cultura sannita, agli inizi degli anni ’90 nasce l’Azienda Agricola Domenico Pulcino. Estesa per circa 12 HA,offre al paesaggio un’immagine suggestiva e mozzafiato. Situata sulle verdeggianti e soleggiate colline di Torrecuso, piccolo centro alle pendici del Monte Taburno in provincia di Benevento, l’azienda riesce a dare il meglio di sé proprio grazie alla sua posizione geografica ed alle ottime condizioni climatiche. La Falanghina,la cui fama ha finalmente raggiunto livelli adeguati alla sua qualità, racchiude l’essenza stessa di questo straordinario territorio, grazie anche a mani esperte e ad una vendemmia realizzata rigorosamente a mano. La vinificazione, eseguita invece con le più moderne tecniche, dal controllo delle temperature durante la fermentazione, alla microfiltrazione e all’imbottigliamento sterile, consente una sublime finezza aromatica e il raggiungimento di una qualità superiore, che confermano il prezioso operato dell’azienda. La passione per il vino e l’amore per questo territorio sono il segreto di un eccellente lavoro, che partendo dalla raccolta delle uve fino all’imbottigliamento, è svolto con vivo orgoglio dalla famiglia Pulcino, ottenendo così vini di grande personalità.
