There is a tiny amount of foam when you add the hot water which within a minute just disappears and you are left with a very milky coffee which is great if that is what you want. I don't so have wasted £10 and have a huge tub of coffee which I probably will never use.Also read instructions 'one scoop'. Couldn't find the scoop anywhere, so had to dig deep with a large spoon and it was right at the bottom so there is one in there if you think it's missing.I am going to contact Amazon and ask for my money back. Annoyed this is being advertised as a cappuccino when it isn't.Going to stick with Nescafe cappuccino sachets which are far superior to this product.We usually buy the 8 packet sachets of the cappuccino which are great and about £1 from shops. This catering pack works out twice the price for some odd reason, but we bought it for ease.The product is NOTHING like the sachets, does not foam, tastes of vanilla and is terrible.I tried to return it and you can not or even contact anyone about it. VERY unhappy.This is a big cardboard drum containing Maxwell House Coffee-Mix, thick and flavourful - but, from the colour, flavour, texture and lack of foam, I think that the container I received holds Latte or Mocha, not Cappuccino. (I am very familiar with these flavours because I have been drinking it while the local supplier is out of the Cappuccino stick/sachets.)This is a nice product and good value, and if I had bought it as Mocha I would have given it five stars without hesitation; as it is, though, I don't think that it's the Cappuccino.As a regular consumer of the small M.H. Cappuccino boxes [containing the eight x 13.5 gm sachets] - which appear to have disappeared from the High Street - I thought this would be a good alternative. As the same brand I assumed it would have the same product 'blend' as the sachets! I was shocked, drinking the first cup of this 'Cappuccino' as the flavour / taste is so very different (best described as 'bitter' to my taste buds). Now having experienced this M.H. large tin 'version' I now need to find an alternative brand. I will NOT be ordering it again.There's very little flavour and next to no foam, I don't get that? It looks like the stick ones, but is NOT the stick ones, which I thought it was? It's pretty rubbish, but I'll use it just for the sake of not wantin to bin a tenners worth of product! It's rotten!
